Emotional Health and Aging

Depression and stress are crucial traits that contribute to aging. The older we get the more vulnerable to these we become and the trick to deal with these conditions is to learn how to deal with them. You cannot eliminate stress from your life but learning of copying skills is important for safeguarding your emotional health.
