St Georges Bay, Paceville

I have come across this interesting image of one side of St Georges Bay in Paceville. I must say that it is a 50s picture with the Pembroke barracks at the back and natural coastline.

Compare the same viewpoint I took this week from the same spot. The barracks can be spotted right at the rear of the blocks of hotels at the water's edge.

Which would I prefer of the two? Frankly, I don't know.......
